As part of the investment, two five-storey residential buildings will be constructed, with a total usable apartment area of 4,930 m² and a total volume of 55,773 m³. The new buildings will include 95 apartments as well as a two-level underground garage with 104 parking spaces. In addition, the project provides for the development of green areas, which will further increase the attractiveness of the investment.
The new development will be located at 54 Lubicka Street in Toruń. From the south, the estate is surrounded by a city park, Piłsudski Mound, the Vistula escarpment, and the Winnica Street area, which slopes picturesquely down toward the Vistula River. The new project will blend into the character of the neighborhood through balanced and timeless architecture.
