As part of the investment, two buildings will be constructed: a 13-storey tower that will rise above the main 8-storey body of the development. The new complex will include 285 apartments. Residents will also have access to an underground garage with storage units and bicycle boxes. Shopping facilities will be available in retail units located on the ground floor of the building. In addition, the project encompasses the development of green areas, which will further enhance its attractiveness.
The new development will be located in Poznań, in the Starołęka area within the Nowe Miasto district. Convenient access to the city center is ensured by the proximity of a newly built tram terminus, allowing residents to reach Poznań’s Old Town and the Main Railway Station in just 20 minutes. Within a 10-minute drive, residents can reach shopping centers and higher education institutions. A similar distance separates the investment from recreational areas around Lake Malta, the Warta riverbanks, and the Dębina Forest, which is popular among Poznań residents.
