Szmaragdowy Park Estate
The ALSTAL Construction Group company built the first stage of the Szmaragdowy Park Estate in Gdańsk. As part of the investment, a total of 175 apartments were created in four buildings. The investor of the project is the development group Develia S.A.
Szmaragdowy Park is an intimate estate located in the dynamically developing Gdańsk district of Orunia Górna. It was built at 2 Topazowa Street, directly by the “Kolorowy” water reservoir. The area features extensive green spaces, and the city center can be reached in a matter of minutes.
As part of the first stage of the investment, four multi-family buildings with a height of 16 meters were put into use. They consist of four above-ground floors and one underground floor. The buildings house 175 apartments with varied sizes ranging from 32 to nearly 80 m2.2.
Each of the 175 apartments, regardless of size, was designed with an emphasis on functionality to optimally utilize the available space. Some units have mezzanines with spacious terraces, and quiet-running elevators were installed in every building.
Two buildings have basements with garage halls, and all contain storage rooms and utility rooms. A total of 120 parking spaces are available on the estate grounds.
The project was carried out for the development group Develia S.A., which undertakes residential investments in the six largest cities in Poland: Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Katowice, Gdańsk, and Łódź. Since 2007, the company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
