Siena Residential Estate
As part of the investment, a multi-family residential building was constructed with six above-ground floors and a dominant seventh floor, as well as one underground floor.
On an area of 9,523 m², 124 apartments were built. In the basement level, a two-chamber multi-space garage with 96 parking spaces was constructed. Additionally, there are utility rooms, a utility room for the building administrator, as well as technical rooms and storage units. The apartments are two-, three-, and four-room units of varying sizes.
