SIC Global Textiles Hall
The company SIC Global Textiles – present on the market for 30 years, a leading supplier of upholstery and decorative fabrics – has completed the construction of a modern headquarters along with a warehouse and production hall in Ksawerów near Łódź. The investment covers approximately 20,000 m² of usable area. The General Contractor of the facility was ALSTAL Construction Group, specializing in the construction of industrial halls and warehouses throughout the country.
In a strategic location of the Łódź agglomeration – the Łódź Special Economic Zone – a new company headquarters was established, which includes, among others, a spacious office, an expanded Product Development Department, a Quality Control Laboratory, and multimedia showrooms. The heart of the facility is a multifunctional high-storage hall. The modern facility also included the construction of a specialized production area, where fabrics with transfer printing, decorative articles, and fabric sample books from the SIC Global Textiles offer are produced.
