Saint Vincent de Paul Hospital in Gdynia
The project was carried out, which included, among others, the construction of: an Operating Block with four operating rooms, the Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Unit, the Hospital Emergency Department, the Central Sterilization Unit, the Diagnostic Imaging Department, the Pathomorphology Department, and a multi-level parking garage. Additionally, the scope included the reconstruction of part of the existing hospital building on the basement and ground floor levels while maintaining its continuous operation and work.
The project involved the construction of a new five-story building with a total area of 6,500 m² and a volume of 27,850 m³, as well as a multi-level parking garage with a total area of 2,200 m² and a volume of 5,600 m³. The facility includes one underground floor and four above-ground floors of the cubature building, as well as one underground and two above-ground floors of the parking garage.
