Revitalization of Krotoszyn Błonie
The Revitalization of Krotoszyn Błonie project included the construction of a number of recreational and sports facilities, cubature buildings, and necessary infrastructure. The entire investment is located in the vicinity of the picturesque scenery of Lake Odrzykowskie and the stadium. Krotoszyn Błonie has become an easily accessible, main urban outdoor recreation center for residents.
The sports complex was expanded with a training field featuring an artificial surface and lighting. Additionally, the following were created:
- a skatepark,
- a bike track for professionals and amateurs,
- streetball courts,
- beach volleyball courts,
- a sledding slope.
The stadium received a certificate from the Polish Athletics Association, which will allow the organization of nationwide sports events. The complex consists of: a 400-meter track with six lanes, a high jump pit, a triple jump and long jump pit, and a shot put area.
The Water Marina was also revitalized, undergoing a thorough renovation of the rooms and facade as well as the main stand. It now houses rooms for administration, changing rooms, toilets, storage rooms, and catering facilities.
The revitalization of Krotoszyn Błonie is also a major infrastructure undertaking. As part of the investment, ALSTAL constructed new roads, parking lots, bike paths, and a campsite with spaces for camper vans.
