Residential buildings on Wieżycka Street in Gdańsk
As part of the investment, we will construct three six-storey buildings and one five-storey building, offering a total of 188 apartments of various sizes, tailored to the needs of future residents. The underground level will include parking spaces for residents, as well as technical rooms, stroller storage areas, and storage units.
The new residential buildings, with a total volume of 61,419 m³, will be located in a quiet, green part of Gdańsk, in the immediate vicinity of the Ujeścisko tram terminus. The location provides residents with convenient access to public transport and essential infrastructure, while at the same time ensuring peace and comfort in everyday life. The buildings will blend harmoniously into their surroundings, combining aesthetic form with functionality.
With a focus on the highest quality and energy efficiency, the investment has been designed to minimize energy consumption. An EP indicator of 52 kWh/(m²·year) means that the buildings will be highly energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
The investment carried out for the Social Housing Association “Motława” is another step by ALSTAL Construction Group toward modern residential development, combining aesthetics, functionality, and solid workmanship.
