Południe Vita Estate in Gdańsk – Stage I
Południe Vita Estate is located in the southern part of Gdańsk, within the district of Orunia Górna – Gdańsk Południe, on Kazimierza Wielkiego Street. The attractive location is characterized by an excellent network of road and public transport connections. In the immediate vicinity, the construction of a new section of the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway is also planned, which will enable residents to reach work or school faster.
As part of the first stage of construction, ALSTAL Construction Group built 111 apartments with a total area of 6,608.80 m2 – featuring terraces, balconies, or gardens.
