Outdoor recreational pool complex in Bolesławiec
In Bolesławiec, at 24 Spacerowa Street, a complex of outdoor recreational pools has been established. The construction was carried out under a design and build system.
The contract, amounting to nearly 60 million PLN gross, involved the redevelopment of the former outdoor pool areas, which gained a new appearance and attractions used by the local community.
The outdoor recreational pool complex in Bolesławiec includes, among others, a brine pool with a graduation tower, a paddling pool for children, as well as a water playground for the youngest and a recreational pool with wet-bubble attractions. The total water surface area amounts to as much as 1900 m2.
On the investment site, covering an area of 23,991 m2, new buildings with a total usable area of approximately 1692 m2 were also constructed. These include ticket offices and administrative facilities, a catering section, as well as social, storage, and technical rooms. As part of the contract, access roads and a parking lot for 154 cars were built. The ALSTAL company also took care of the development of the entire area, which includes green spaces, among others.
The investment in Bolesławiec is another pool project executed by ALSTAL. Among the largest such investments by the Bydgoszcz-based company are: Aquapark Water Factory in Szczecin, Malta Thermal Baths in Poznan, Poddębice Thermal Baths and Olympic Swimming Pool Astoria in Bydgoszcz.
