Olimpia Port Estate in Wrocław
The project involved the construction of 203 apartments ranging in size from 38 m² to 84 m², located in three buildings M5a, M5b, and M6, along with underground garages, land development, and necessary technical infrastructure.
Olimpia Port is located on the Oder River, at the junction of Sępolno and Swojczyce – popular residential districts of Wrocław. The estate is being developed based on a modern, comprehensive spatial development plan, which includes public, semi-public, and private zones. The intimate, mainly three-story buildings have been carefully integrated into a space consisting of parks, squares, small parks, and green belts with walking alleys and bicycle paths.
The Wrocław estate was designed to inspire and integrate residents in accordance with the idea of social estates. The designers took care to utilize the potential of the location by the Oder River, planning recreational piers, barges serving cultural and entertainment functions, and their own river marina within the estate. It will be a coherent, self-sufficient urban complex combining residential, commercial-service, sports and recreational, and educational functions.
