Nowa Nakielska by PHN in Bydgoszcz
The investment involves the construction of a modern residential estate. As part of the first stage of the project, 170 apartments of various sizes will be built, ranging from 27 to 92 m². In addition to the residential buildings, an underground garage is planned, providing parking spaces for 170 cars. The full implementation of the project will include 13 buildings, offering a total of 600 apartments.
The Nowa Nakielska investment combines residential functions with retail and service facilities. Future residents will have access to numerous recreational areas, playgrounds, and bicycle parking spaces.
