Motława Garden Estate
The company ALSTAL Construction Group built a residential estate on Wspólna Street in the Olszynka district of Gdańsk.
Motława Garden is an intimate estate located in a quiet, green area with access to full urban infrastructure. ALSTAL built the estate, consisting of 21 residential buildings with 72 apartments. The project included the construction of a complex of 16 multi-family residential buildings and six two-unit single-family buildings, land development, and the creation of necessary infrastructure.
A monitoring system was installed on the Motława Garden estate. Each apartment was equipped with a modern Appartme management system, which allows for optimization and control of utility consumption.
Motława Garden estate stands out with its modern architectural design, interestingly integrated into the green surroundings of gardens and terraces. Around the emerging buildings, there will be plenty of greenery and vegetation, creating a unique, friendly, and intimate atmosphere.
The buildings will contain 72 apartments ranging in size from 57 to even 137 m². They feature balconies, terraces, as well as gardens. The estate includes as many as 36 parking spaces in garages and 60 surface parking spaces. The architectural design was developed by the KM Design studio.
