Morasko Dormitory
The project involved the construction of a dormitory for Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań on the Morasko campus. As part of the investment, a five-story building with residential and service areas was created. Additionally, parking spaces, necessary technical infrastructure, and internal communication were established. The new dormitory will be able to accommodate up to 400 students.
The residential part of the student dormitory has 4 floors, which include 160 single rooms and 120 double rooms along with sanitary facilities and kitchenettes. On each floor, there is 1 room for persons with disabilities, as well as a kitchen with a dining area and a laundry room with a drying room. On the ground floor, there are: a canteen, a student club, a kindergarten, a gym, and a minimarket-type shop. The ground floor constitutes the service area.
In addition to general construction works, the scope of work included the installation of: ventilation, water and sewage systems, central heating, electrical, and fire protection systems.
