Modrzew Health Resort Sanatorium in Inowrocław
The Modrzew Health Resort Sanatorium, located in the picturesque Kuyavia region in the heart of Inowrocław’s Spa Park, is a place with a favorable climate and natural therapeutic properties. It is situated near the Papal Gardens and 400 meters from the Salt Graduation Towers, providing peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The sanatorium consists of five interconnected buildings that are undergoing reconstruction, extension, superstructure works, and a comprehensive renovation. The contract for the construction works was signed on January 12, 2024, and the works began the following day, on January 13, 2024.
Due to the facility remaining in operation, the works are being carried out in stages:
Stage 1: The office and administrative section was renovated, and the gymnasium was converted into guest rooms.
Stage 2: The construction of an additional fifth floor began, along with a general renovation of the kitchen and swimming pool building. The works include replacement of installations, delivery of new kitchen technology and equipment, modernization of the pool basin for brine water, replacement of windows and doors, and interior finishing works.
In the final three stages, a general renovation of the hotel rooms in the main building is planned. Due to the replacement of all installations, these works will be carried out by vertical sections. Currently, the sanatorium offers 124 rooms, accommodating up to 200 guests. After completion of all works, the number of rooms will increase to 175, and the number of guest places to 300.
The objective of the project is to improve the comfort and functionality of the Modrzew Sanatorium.
