Miasteczko Nova Fala – comfort and activity in the heart of Gdynia Cisowa
ALSTAL Construction Group is carrying out the construction of a modern residential building located in a dynamically developing part of Gdynia, just 8 km from the city center. The Miasteczko Nova Fala development stands out for its functional layout and aesthetic, subdued finishes that blend harmoniously with the surrounding environment. The project is being developed with the comfort of future residents in mind, providing access to green areas as well as convenient connections to seaside towns such as Rewa.
The medium-rise building, with five above-ground floors and one underground level, will become a distinctive place on the map of Gdynia. The modern structure, based on a simple architectural form, has been enhanced with balconies, while the light-colored façade with contrasting window bands gives the development an elegant character. The underground level includes parking for residents, storage units, and technical rooms. The interior layout has been designed with functionality in mind — circulation is facilitated by wide corridors, two stairwells, and elevators adapted to the needs of people with limited mobility.
Due to the high groundwater level, the investment site required specialized drainage works, which were entrusted to an experienced contractor. In addition, for the transport of materials and heavy equipment, a 250-meter technological access road was constructed, enabling efficient logistics on the construction site.
The investment, which we are implementing for the investor Fala Development 2 Sp. z o.o. from the Victoria Dom Group, is another step by ALSTAL Construction Group toward creating modern and functional residential spaces.
