Lower Silesian Rehabilitation and Recreation Center in Lubin
The Lower Silesian Rehabilitation and Recreation Center in Lubin is a large recreational and sports complex with a total usable area of 18,381.32 m². The investment is being developed on Kolejowa Street, in the vicinity of a sports and entertainment hall and the railway, which is expected to attract residents from across the region. The project includes, among others, the construction of a water recreation zone, a service and commercial zone, a wellness and spa area, and a rehabilitation zone.
The investors are the Lower Silesian Rehabilitation and Recreation Center in Lubin and the Municipality of Lubin.
The water infrastructure being developed in Lubin will be exceptionally diverse. The project includes the construction of a water recreation zone, the heart of which will be an indoor recreational pool of irregular shape with water attractions. The surface area of the water mirror will be approximately 750 m².
The aquapark will also offer visitors bathing in brine pools with therapeutic properties. Right next to them, there will be a cold-water pool. The project also includes attractions for the youngest visitors. Children will be able to use a water playground with a paddling pool and a complex of several water slides. The total water surface area will reach as much as 2,088 m². Additionally, the relaxation zone will include two jacuzzi tubs with capacities for 8 and 12 people.
Particular attention should be given to the extensive SPA & Wellness zone, which will include four saunas: Finnish, steam, mud, and stone. Nearby, an ice grotto will be located, providing relief after hot sauna sessions. The wellness zone will also feature a relaxation area with a solar meadow, intended as a remedy for the lack of sunlight during the autumn and winter seasons.
Outdoors, there will be an outdoor swimming pool as well as a natural bathing pond with a wooden pier. The total area of the outdoor pools will be 310 m². Interestingly, the project also encompasses the construction of an outdoor sauna, which will be a special attraction during the winter season.
The offer of the Lower Silesian Rehabilitation and Recreation Center in Lubin will also be enriched by a service and commercial area, which will include, among others, catering outlets.
