Indoor swimming pool in Poznań
As part of the project, a modern indoor swimming pool will be built, including support facilities and an underground retention tank, along with site development and accompanying infrastructure at 4 Taborowa Street in Poznań.
The new facility will be constructed on the site of the existing Olimpia swimming pool and martial arts hall, both of which will be demolished. The architectural concept provides for a glazed pool wall on the western side, as well as pergolas with greenery, allowing climbing plants to grow along the front façade on the eastern side and near the parking area. These architectural solutions will introduce a large amount of natural light into the building and contribute to creating a friendly, green recreational space.
As part of the investment, a single-storey building will be constructed, featuring a training and recreational swimming pool, administrative rooms, and sanitary facilities. The project also includes a small sauna complex.
The investor is Poznańskie Inwestycje Miejskie Sp. z o.o., and the design was prepared by ATJ ARCHITEKCI sp. z o.o.
