Green Office Office Building in Inowrocław

A four-story building with commercial and office functions located at 2A Laubitza Street at the intersection with Dworcowa Street. On the ground floor, there are commercial premises accessible from the outside through separate entrances. From the main hall, access to the three upper floors, which house office rooms, is provided via a staircase and a passenger elevator.

On the plot, four parking spaces have been arranged with entry through a gate located on the ground floor of the building. In the central part, at the roof level, there is a viewing terrace, while both wings of the building are finished as biologically active areas – “green roofs,” meaning spaces planted with vegetation.

Above the central part of the roof, a dome has been installed serving as an architectural dominant. The facade reflects the city panorama thanks to the use of glass, which gives the structure lightness and causes the building to blend into the architecture of the surrounding buildings.
