Finished goods warehouse of Adamed Pharma S.A.
As part of the investment, a two-story warehouse for finished pharmaceutical products and a single-story packing building along with all accompanying infrastructure with a total volume of over 150,000 m3 were constructed.
The main building will serve as a warehouse for finished pharmaceutical products. On the ground floor, there are, among others, storage rooms with transport docks, hygienic and sanitary rooms, changing rooms and social rooms for employees, as well as technical and auxiliary rooms. On the first floor, technical rooms and the office part of the warehouse are located.
The second building is the packing building housing 12 packing lines along with auxiliary rooms and two equipment washing stations. The packing building is directly connected by a connector to the finished product warehouse building.
In the packing area of the production zone, Clean room technology has been applied, which guarantees the highest cleanliness of the working environment by limiting the introduction, formation, and accumulation of contaminants (dust, particles, bacteria, fungi, or fibers originating from clothing). Parameters such as temperature, humidity, and pressure are continuously monitored and maintained at the set level.
