Field Operations Unit of GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. in Poznań
As part of the investment at 41 Gdyńska Street in Poznań, the construction of four buildings along with accompanying infrastructure was carried out. The complex was equipped with sanitary, electrical, and telecommunication installations. The modern appearance of the buildings was given by a clinker brick facade with accents in gray aluminum color.
The complex includes: an administrative and workshop building with a warehouse building with a usable area of 710 m2, a two-story Field Operations Unit building with an area of over 1,200 m2, a two-story welding building with an office section, and a canopy with parking spaces.
The project also included land development (preparation of access roads and greenery), as well as obtaining a permit for the emission of gases or dust into the air for the welding installation. The welding building was divided into internal zones:
- a cutting zone equipped with a plasma workstation, band saw, cutting preparation area, and a place for metal waste,
- a component assembly zone with two welding stations and an assembly workstation,
- a main assembly zone with three mobile stations,
- a loading and unloading zone,
- a zone with “boxes”,
- a storage and administrative zone containing two internal two-story “boxes” with storage rooms, sanitary facilities, and a manager’s room for two people.
