Dyfrakcja Łódzka – An investment in the heart of the city
The investment is located in the very center of Łódź, just behind the City Gate, in the immediate vicinity of the EC1 Culture Center and the modern Łódź Fabryczna railway station, which provides a fast connection to Warsaw (1 hour 30 minutes, and after the construction of the High-Speed Rail – only 30 minutes).
The project includes a modern, eight-story building with distinctive architecture, composed of two segments in the shape of an inverted “U”, connected by a shared ground floor and an underground section. The top floor features elegant penthouses with spacious terraces, designed to face both the main streets and the internal courtyard.
With residents in mind, high-standard living spaces have been designed, referencing the industrial character of Łódź, while the ground floor will include premises intended for retail and service use. The facades are distinguished by the use of premium materials – glazing, clinker brick tiles, and elements imitating concrete. The development also includes modern amenities such as an underground parking garage, ground-floor service units, and shared common areas.
The investor is Duda Development. Thanks to carefully considered architecture, the building fits harmoniously into the cityscape, combining modernity with the historic character of Łódź.
