Ceglana Park Estate in Katowice
Ceglana Park Estate is a modern residential investment carried out by ALSTAL Construction Group as the General Contractor.
The project included the construction of 162 apartments in varied sizes – from compact studios to spacious two-level apartments with mezzanines of approximately 130 m².
An integral part of the investment is an underground parking garage equipped with electric car charging stations, as well as functional amenities: bicycle storage rooms and storage lockers on the floors.
The project is enhanced by eco-friendly solutions: anti-smog walkways, a pond with a pier, a brine graduation tower, and green areas conducive to relaxation.
