Alchemium of the Lodz University of Technology
The company ALSTAL completed the second stage of the investment called “Alchemium – the magic of tomorrow’s chemistry,” commissioned by the Lodz University of Technology. As part of the work, a building divided into three segments A, B, D was created, which is a continuation of segment C.
ALSTAL also took care of the development of the area around the ongoing investment in a design and build formula. In this way, the long-term project of constructing ‘Alchemium’ was completed. The facility has five above-ground floors and one underground floor.
In the second stage of the investment, 434 rooms were created, including 134 modern laboratories with facilities. The underground rooms include warehouses, technical rooms, workshops, as well as chemical waste storage areas.
The total usable area of the completed building is 10,455.30 m2, and the volume is 59,123 m3. The contract value is 108 million zlotys.
